Edward J. McDonald

Chief Executive Officer / President / Managing Director

Ed McDonald is a twenty-five year veteran of defining, developing, and leading successful teams. Team building and leadership began with his tour of duty with the United States Marine Corps. Serving in and with several Fortune 500 as well as boot-strap, entrepreneurial companies, Mr. McDonald advanced through managerial and executive level positions in service to both the commercial and government business environments. Ultimately, he began founding and presiding over various successful companies with revenues in excess of $100 Million per annum. Having held “Top Secret” and “Q” level clearances, Mr. McDonald gained unique access and insights to energy related initiatives and technologies during his years of service to the U.S. Department of Energy. Ed McDonald’s passions are his wife and son, building success stories, and being of service.

Alan D. Peters

Executive Vice President / Managing Director

With over 20 years experience serving the oil and gas exploration and production community as a Certified Petroleum Engineer, Alan is the founder and President of Tarpon Pipe & Supply, based in Midland Texas. Alan holds several design patents for specialty tools in the advancement of oil & gas well stimulation technology. Alan is a graduate of the University of Texas with a Petroleum Engineering degree.
